Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

International Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs clearance.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all UAE Emirates. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your order’s progress on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, and service selected. Free shipping is available for orders of the Bride's Secret Set.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged items: Contact us within as soon as you receive your order with photos of the damaged product and packaging. If you don't contact as the same day of the order reception, the damaged item may not be replaced.

Lost packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 05 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us for assistance.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. See our Return Policy for details.
